In this painting I seek to portray the metamorphosis of the cranes from being origami to being living cranes. The mystical origami angel/goddess has the power and magic to turn her paper creations into real life beings.
The "skeleton" for the background was done via vectors at first for a clean architectural look, then textured. Took a long long time, but I learned a lot and hope you enjoy! |
